The views from my King Room with Mountain View were amazing, allowing me to soak in the fine landscape. The breakfast surpassed my expectations, featuring a good egg live station and fresh fruits that impressed me! I was also thrilled with the rooftop restaurant, where I enjoyed a quick and delicious meal with an amazing view of the mountains.

Courteous service from the staff at the hotel.

Despite my requests, I faced unpleasant surprises with the room assignments and pricing. I experienced issues with the WiFi, needing to log in repeatedly, which disrupted my work. To add to my disappointment, my requests for hot water were not met, making my shower experiences frustrating.

The King Room was pretty comfy and clean, which was nice. I loved the mountain view, and even the city scenery was cool. The bed and bathroom were great. No fridge, but they brought one when I asked. Breakfast had lots of options. just remember, no cheese. Random biscuits in the evening were a hit with the kids!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our stay was enjoyable thanks to the courteous service and clean rooms. The breakfast offered a good selection, though regular water should be standard. Be prepared for stairs to the rooftop restaurant and unusual room service fees, but overall a nice experience for families.

the rooftop restaurant isn't accessible by elevator 😕 but very clean rooms with USB slots! the breakfast options were excellent, especially the egg live station! friendly staff who check in via WhatsApp.

The hot water was always ready, and my bed was blissfully comfy! The laundry service was a lifesaver after my adventures. Plus, they even organized an early taxi for me like a true gentleman.

The only hiccup was that the WiFi played hard to get—connecting felt like a sport! And the restaurant's view was fantastic, but climbing to it is no stroll in the park.
